This was our first experience using U-Ship and we were very nervous about trusting our puppies going from central Missouri to Everett Washington to "a stranger in a van." Our first few phone calls back and forth were pleasant, we naturally still had reservations and he worked with us to put us more at ease! When we met him with our pups, we were relieved to meet a very easy-going, kind, gentle and spiritual man. You could just tell that he doesn't just "talk the talk," he is genuine. We visited with him long enough to wish he was our uncle or something, lol, and were very satisfied we had made a good choice to have him take our pups to our Aunt and Uncle out in WA. We were pleased with his pace to deliver them, within 3 days, and he kept in contact with us. If he didn't answer right away, he got back to us in a reasonable amount of time. We didn't feel worried while they were enroute that they wouldn't end up where we intended for them to go after meeting David. Once they were on other end, delivery was exactly where the puppies' new mom and dad wanted and they were very pleased with David also. The puppies didn't have any harsh time adjusting, and they seemed to have kept their appetites (often puppies with new situations stop eating and have a hard time with dealing with the changes.) That tells us all that they were well taken care of on the journey by David. We appreciate David for understanding our uneasiness...his feedback DOES speak for itself...I will use him anytime I can if I ever need to use USHIP again with no doubts or worries...he's JUST THAT GOOD! :)
