I wasn't too sure about shipping a puppy with someone that I did not know. Al did a great job reassuring me that Buddy would be okay. Haha. This still wasn't enough. I talked to Al a few times on his way to get Buster and on his way to drop him off and he always reassured me that Buster was doing okay. When he arrived at my brother's house he was as happy as he was when he was at my house.
I would definitely use Kittykondos if I ever need to ship a pet again.
