I had a tractor shipped that had a broken trans mission houseing. Shipper called me when he picked it up to make sure that I knew this. very thoughtful. When he dropped the tractor off it took almost three hrs to unload because of its condition. Shipper never complained and got the load off in very good condition. Great experience cannot say enough good things about him
