I was hesitant on using this sort of transportation for my son's dog, Skyla. My Navy son is being deployed and needed a place for his dog. I was going to go get Skyla when a friend told me about this. I will most definitely use them again for any shipment and strongly recommend them for anything. I am so glad that I went this way because they took such good care of Skyla. It was very reasonable and stress free. The phone calls came everyday from time of pick-up in South Carolina to Texas until Skyla arrived giving reports of how she was doing. Thank you so very much for making this a non-stressful experience for myself and Skyla. She has made the adjustment quite well and is enjoying her new home.
