i needed my dog shipped from Florida to Las Vegas and Kaye was on it. She was very nice and it was a pleasure to ship with her . She is an animal lover so my dog was very well taken care of and happy when she arrived. I hope I don't have to ship my dog again but if I would definitley use Kaye again.
