Please read the abbreviated story in the remarks regarding the shipment of my MC. It had negative issues created by the Phoenix office, but the outcome was very positive and the claims office did respect and honor the estimate given. I would use them again, but would be more cognizant about the Phx office and payment procedures (stated pymt due upon receipt, when in acuality, they place pymnt on card after pick-up).
