The pickup and delivery of the MC was punctual. Issues encountered were dmg noted after delivery, and pymnt for shipmnt made @ pickup, NOT upon del. as Phx office advised. WA office very good in comm & explained that dmg done prior to when they received it in Kent WA. Dmg claim easy to complete, & main off, very assistive and cooperative in sending funds ck to cover dmg estimate. Phx facility apparrently left it v. diry and cause dmg. Would use again ... but would req btr doc of pymt expect.
