"UShip has Poor Customer Service"

My carrier was excellent however when he went to pickup a truck, the second of two vehicles I was shipping it was discovered that it was too heavy, too wide and too high to fit along with my first car. Naturally an adjustment was made in the delivery cost. However uShips customer no-service rep Meghan refused to make an adjustment in the broker fee. She then had the gaul to say that if I filed a complaint with my credit card company that Uship would consider it THEFT! HAH! uShip is horrible. They collect a broker fee but do NOTHING to resolve any issues. Could you imagine how lost you would be if you had a serious issue with a shipper? Your better off saving your money and searching the net yourself. There are no guarantees here.
