I bought the truck from my girlfriends son, who lives in AZ and had purchased it with the intention that if he didn't need it, he would sell it to me. I've never had a truck from AZ before, and living in WI, it's hard to find an old gem without rust. I had this same model truck when I was in High School and drooled at the thought of having a rust free 1970 Chevy truck again. I traded a 1969 Dodge Charger RT for the truck and now at age 52 I have a truck that is only the typical WI rusty parts truck. My girlfriend knew I wouldn't be able to drive to AZ and pick up the truck, even though it does run, so she searched online for a way to get it home for me. That's when she found uship.com and placed a request for bids to bring the truck to WI. There were a few bids, but my pocket strings were tight and we had communicated early on with a provider by the username "truckindaddy". His reviews were all excellent, his communication clear and frequent, so we felt very comfortable waiting for him to find the time and loads to be able to bring the truck back. And he did. Truckindaddy is a fellow Midwesterner from MN and gave us a call when he had the truck loaded. It was 80 degrees in AZ and -20 degrees in WI when he called. He brought the truck back in less than a week and while we were having blizzard conditions in Antigo, truckindaddy was safe in Milwaukee, ready to deliver the gem. On a Thursday afternoon, Truckindaddy, Gene, unloaded my 1970 Chevy Truck in excellent condition right to my door. He is a class act, almost like a friend in his own way and as I am always looking for old cars, trucks or tractors, I hope to work with him again. His price was better than all others, his attitude 150% and he made the transaction simple and easy to understand. I will defintitely use uship.com again and recommend it to anyone looking for a way to ship their goods.
