The dresser was damaged during transit from the east coast to the west coast. Mari at American Moving did an excellent job of taking care of the situation by arranging for a local furniture repair company to fix the damage. The local repair company did a great job on the repair and the dresser is as good as new. Most companies are competent to do what's necessary when things go right, far fewer when things do not. I would not hesitate to use them again.
