I had a very valuable transmission ($7000) that failed under warranty. (not too happy about that, obviously) When the need arose to find a shipper, just the convenience of using uShip's site, the helping hand when I forgot my password and the simplicity of it took alot of the worries out of my situation. My shipper, 'amcarizonaparts' waited patiently for my working out the logistics with the builder, which was like dealing with the Taliban. Not nice, or easy, to work with and were holding me hostage on their poor support and horrific attitude and communication. But my shipper, Todd and his wife, Heather, knew all about it. He sympathized with my situation and worked through my frustration to help me get it back to them and made sure to communicate my concerns to the recipient. They kept me posted along the way on the trip and worked with me every step of the way. I knew my transmission and my concerns were in good hands. Great service, nice personalities and good people to work with. I saved probably a hundred dollars at least and that really counted because the transmission company sent it out any way that was convenient for THEM with no concerns for cost. It cost a bundle to ship it to me originally and when I sent the core back to them. Highly recommend 'amcarizonaparts' (Todd and Heather) for anyone needing items shipped within their category.
