Wayne is great. Kept me adequately informed. Got the helicopter here in great time. Everything worked out well. He was very helpful in the difficult process of getting it off the trailer. Highly recommend him folks.

I have to say this was the most pleasant,easy,worry and stress-free shipping experience I could've have asked for. The friendliness, courtesy and top notch personalized communication could NOT be better. Shipment was handled with obvious care and the progress on the trip was real time and highly efficient.
One bonus was that the cycle arrived two days early and on Xmas eve!! Like Santa!

Working with Todd & Heather, from the start, there was a good, solid feeling about them. As the point to commit to the shipment finally arrived, Todd was very aware of my situation with a warranty issue for the item and took interest in the situation as well as the impact on me. They worked with me every step of the way, kept me posted on their status on the trip frequently. I felt like I had a liaison representing me at the other end, not just a delivery being made.
