first off, i have to say they had excellent communication. when they were running late because of poor weather conditions he called me and informed me of his situation instead of just showing up late. they gave me a reasonable window of pick up and delivery but ended up picking my bike up early and dropped it off sooner than i had anticipated. GREAT SERVICE!!! I WILL DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS WITH JIM AGAIN!!! and most impressive of all is... YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE FOR THEIR SERVICE. BOOK NOW!
