Garry was an excellent find on your site. He drove my dog from FL to PA for a low price and was just great to work with all the way. I would use him again in a second. The uShip site and customer service on the other hand was lacking. I was overcharged for my deposit by $11. I paid 30.99 to uship which was reflected in my bank statement, and your site shows that I only paid 19.99. I emailed your customer service about this because I didn't want to unintentionally underpay my service provider, and you did not contact me back via email. I called your 877 number that was listed in my bank statement with the 30.99 charge and left a message describing the situation and I left my phone number, and no one has returned my call yet. I hope you can rectify this situation in a timely manner. I want the entire amount you charged my visa [$30.99] to be paid to my service provider since you did take the money and it is owed to him. I would like to be notified when this is complete. I understand that technical errors happen, but I would like your customer service to handle the problem as expeditiously as they can.
