We booked Ms. Joyce to pick up and deliver a puppy from Tennessee to Louisiana. We had been researching the cost to ship our puppy many different ways. While searching, we ran across an ad for uship. we placed our bid and Ms. Joyce gave us the best bid and the timing was perfect. We communicated with her through the internet until we were sure we would accept the bid. After we accepted the bid, we then began communication by the phone. She communicated daily with us until she arrived at our home. There was a delay in our shipment due to snow and bad weather. However, Ms. Joyce called us and let uss know what was going on with our dog. She made arraingements for housing the dog. She took care of her and when the weather cleared, she was back on the road delivering our children their puppy. She was a joy to work with. Thumbs up to Ms. Joyce!
