While I would not assume that every transaction is the same as mine, this was a great shipment. Robert contacted me, gave me his schedule, and said he would handle everything from that point on. He picked up my trailer, which I bought sight unseen, checked it over, including greasing the hubs. By unbelievable chance, as I was driving to Arizona, I saw him pass by with my trailer in Iowa heading to Wisconsin. He contacted my neighbor and even got the trailer into my driveway. What I really appreciated was that he accepted payment upon arrival so I did not have to send him partial payment. Again, the next shipment will be run through him first. Thanks.
