SGT was terrible to deal with. They up charged me for a guaranteed pickup date and then, when they couldn’t get a driver arranged, pushed it to the next day. I’m not sure what a “guaranteed pickup date” is with no implications. I called all day trying to secure information but just got the same response of “we’re working on it”. Long hold times when I called and no urgency when I used the chat option. They are just a broker, the driver that finally took the car was great.
