Micheal is a very nice person. Two critiques that you must judge for yourself. One, I only received 'progress reports' when I called or emailed. Two, my newly cleaned new vehicle arrived very dusty. So whatever you are moving make sure to cover it. Had I known about the dust I would have made sure the vehicle was covered That being said the vehicle arrived unscratched and apparently without damage (it arrived at night and we did do a walk around using the available lighting). The rig is a little weathered but obviously functional as my vehicle traveled from South Florida to New York. Good guy, good experience... Use him!
