This is my first horse ever! I am 47 and have been in love with horses all my life. Because of the expense of owning one, I never thought that I would have one of my own and just gave up. I took some courses with Landmark Education and realized that I had become very resigned about life in general and was just plodding along. I started to remember the things that I had always dreamed of having and doing. My parents have a 5 acres ranch. They lease the pasture to some people who breed Tennessee Walkers and Spotted Saddle horses. My parents always get the weanlings and they sent me pictures of a bunch of them and included one of a little filly just born that captured my heart. The people are selling the horses for almost nothing as they are getting out of the business. The price was affordable so I committed to purchasing her, knowing that I would work out the details by the time she was weaned. For my birthday and Christmas last year Aisling was purchased as a gift for me by my parents. This trip was how she got to me from KY. I thank everyone involved who made this so easy and especially Landmark for giving me the tools that I needed to have my dreams come true.
