This was my first experience with U-Ship. It is hoped it wasn't a fluke or chance encounter as my request to pickup my daughter's disabled 1/2 ton truck was bid on by Duby (Dennis.)almost immediatly. When she was not sure where she wanted her truck repaired, I had to change the listing from southern Il, to westerm Indiana. Time of pickup and delivery were factors. Dennis umderstood my dilema and made another bid for the same amount. His company and drivers focus on the task at hand to guarantee total customer sevice and satisfaction. An experience like this is what promotes confidence in U-Ship and it's service providers for those that have reservations when it comes to trusting others with your property. My 2-cents.
