The semi broke down and delayed my vehicle a day from arriving on the scheduled date. I wasn't informed and had to make the phone call to get a status update. It was the reason I they received only four stars in communication and delivery punctuality. However, I understood the situation (it happens) and was overall pleased with the customer service. I would use autos-on-the-go again.
