U ship provided an opportunity to access a large number of carriers that one would not otherwise reach effectively. I received a bunch of bids for hualing my vehicle. Most notable was the number of e-mails from various carriers seeking answers to various questions. That reassures the shipper that the load would move in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.
In summary, it was a postive experience.
