I had an Escalade with high lift and very oversized tires, totally dead with a blown engine that had to get in to a Cadillac dealer in Reno for repairs. Being new to U-ship, I was a little concerned about dealing with an unknown service provider, and looked for a bidder with good feedback and hoped for the best. We got it! It was a seamless experience, and a great price for the job. Rick was punctual, professional and kept in touch right from our acceptance of his bid , and phoned us when he had delivered it to the dealer. (Now if only Cadillac will do as well, and honor the warranty on the engine ... :-D
