RetiredJeff was the best uShip experience I had, it was the mirror opposite of the initial experience I had with a uShip member that I met through uShip. While my experience with Jeff was a very good one as he went above and beyond what I expected, this doesn't change my thoughts that uShip needs to to do a better job in the process collecting information and validating the service providers on here. The eBay-like Feedback system is a good start, but because the service of shipping can be more money involved that just buying (like eBay) I think a more meticulous approach to screening service providers needs to be set in place.
