Bill accepted a contract $300 below other offers. After his acceptance, gas prices shot up significantly. We agreed to a six week window for this delivery to allow him to find other hauls in conjuntion with this to help defray the cost. He called or e-mailed frequently during those weeks to keep me advised. Bill even called to notify me when he picked up the carriage that the wheels were in very poor condition and that it had to be lifted rather than rolled onto the trailer. He arrived with this rickety 1800's surrey aboard a very nice large car trailer. The carriage was strapped securely and the brittle old wheels were removed and safely transported inside his vehicle. I couldn't have asked for more careful and conscientious service.
If I ever have another shipping need I will contract Bill 1st before trying any other means!
