I purchased a truck out of California from Sunnyvale Toyota though a salesman names Michael Chung (Please do NOT exclude their name if posted online). In short, the dealership did not accurately discribe the vehicle and the body had many scratches etc. By using uship I was connected with a shipper who took great care in documenting every scratch and ding. He called me to let me know the true condition of the truck and offered to return the truck to the dealership and significanlty discount the rate he quoted me on uship. I took the truck anyway, dispite being very upset with the toyota dealership. My shipper was the best part of the deal and I am so glad that I used this service. I will do it again soon. Next time I will try and find a better dealership to go with my great shipper.
