it is always a real responsibility to transport horses safely. Even more so when it is their first experience in a trailer. Our 11 month old was free to move around, find his balance, had hay and water and travelled the 9 hours with frequent checks. He was completely relaxed and unscathed by his first experience on a very long journey. A really good 'first experience' which will last him a life time.
