My friend moved to Connecticut from Key west last August, she could not have pets in her new apartment. I quickly took in her 3 yr. old chihuahua Nina. I fell in love with her. Six months later, in January my friend told me that she was going to move back to Key West as she hated the cold. She told me she would take Nina back if I wanted. I reluctantly said yes only because she was her dog originally. Well the days after she left were just terrible...I missed her so much! I would cry when I got home and she wasn't there to greet me. The smallest things would make me think of her. It was just awful. After a couple of weeks my friend called to say that Nina wasn't working out in the new apartment in Key West. I knew immediately I wanted her back with me in CT. I began looking for options, I knew that if I shipped her on a plane I would have to wait for warmer weather (it was only 5 degrees in CT). I couldn't take time off from work to drive down and get her. Thats when I found Uship through a Google search. It was an answer to my prayers! I was matched with Bob, a nice man who actually drove 350 miles out of his way to pick up Nina! He got her back to me in just 2 days! I'm so thankful for this website! And Bob! Thank You uship!
