As a new user user of uShip I was interested to learn whether or not I could find fast, reliable, and reasonable shipping through this service. I own an independant automobile dealership and, as many, use the services of an outside broker to transport an average 30+ vehicles monthly to/from my dealership. Almost all transports are in the SE, but rarely am I able to send/receive to the same location at the same time, hence the use of a broker.
While cost is obviously an important factor, timing and reliablity are critical. My first experience with uShip has exceeded my expectations. I posted a transport order on Friday for a vehicle over 700 miles away. I received 8 good bids, selected a provider on Saturday AM and had the vehicle waiting on Tuesday when I opened.
The provider remained in contact with me throughout the event and the cost was below what I would have paid my broker.
As I write this I have several vehicles still awaiting transport arrangements through the outside service I use. I will likely list these on uShip tomorrow and as I fully expect to ramp up my utilization of this great service.
