The Pampered Pony Express gave me a great shipping experience with my two retired thoroughbreds. My emails were responded to immediately, and with such great initial contact, I was optimistic from the start that the shipping experience would be good. The trailer is a 4- horse slant step-up. My horses were not used to that, but Robin was calm and quiet with them and they responded well. Even when they arrived at 1:00am, Robin rubbed their legs to get the circulation going before he unloaded them. The horses arrived in great condition. When Robin asked me for the CASH due at delivery (that I had neglected to notice in the paperwork!), and all I had was a check or credit cards, he did not get upset, instead, he called his wife and we worked out a paypal payment. He was very accomodating. Robin is a very nice, quiet, calm man who clearly loves the horses. Combining Robin's gentle manner and his excellent shipping rates, I would definitely recommend The Pampered Pony Express.
