After several weeks of soliciting, negotiating, and scheduling, other transporters either cancelled or never picked up my horse as scheduled. Bill was booked as a "rush" & my horse was picked up within 2 days and delivered on time as scheduled!! EVERY time I called him he personally answered his phone--never "busy" or "unavailable"--& I was kept well informed through every phase of the trip. Bill is very knowledgeable & reassuring. My horse arrived not only in good shape but with an excellent attitude! My stallion is now 20 years old (I raised him from a baby) so I was especially concerned about his travel. I can't thank Bill enough for performing his job so efficiently!
