I was not impressed at first with the way my listing was handled.I had many frustrating conversations with certain shippers who wanted me to go higher on my bids so they could move it for me. I stuck to my priced and declined several bids, because of it. Being said that I listed her in June 2007 and she finally got here Sept ember 28th. Through no fault of my last driver I matched the 22 of Sept with him and its here now 7:00am the next friday. I also had a problem talking to you customer service reps as well. You need to list a telephone number on your site for direct questions. If you have that you website doesnt bring that out to clearly, sent several inquiries to them and yhey acted as though they never recieved anything when I finally did recieve a response it was like a "Deer in the headlights" but they only referred me back to the website. not much help there. I listed and was accepted back in July of 2007. Accepted the bid then was left hanging by the carrier, with no recourse. Do I refuse the bid lose my money and start again? So an easier way to resolve issues and a human voice and access to that human voice would of cleared up a lot of frustration. The person that bid contacted me!So thats what impressed me, off the bat.As you can gather it was a car but she was a 1960 Oldsmobile Super88, not your average move obviously, but she was trailered and moved 1300miles without a scratch, no chips in the windshield, no dents, everthing I knew about the car was exactly the same, except she was kept in outside storage and a little weather worn (from the storage facility). plus folks she was well over 3500 lbs. No winch just a strap and a pickup hauled it up on the traier but alas through all that it was the shipper who made it all worth it. Price was below my offer, all others wanted to jack the price or they said it would sit in there yard waiting others to go with it, I would probaly still be waiting. Service seems to work ultimetly but frustrating to me
