Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services

My Car arrived today in condition as promised, owner went out of his way to communicate with me. exactly for the price I bid for. on time and in the garage. If someone would ask me who shipped my car I would proudly release this companies name. I had some frustration with other drivers and some concerns about antique glas but those were quickly dispelled by the owner of this company. This was by far the smoothest move this car has ever travelled thanks again doug, and crew

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Ive listed this since june and the service provider (this being his first shipment) was more then willing but since july havent been able to contact and the storage place Im keeping it has called and wondered who is going to show up. I even left messages to say if he wasnt going to do it at least let me know that still nothing now its going on the end of sept. Ive tried all avenues to resolve he should not even be on your website if I could call the better business bureau I would very dissatisfi
