Moving this car was almost not meant to be. I bought my Firebird in Mississippi and needed it sent to Georgia to get it shipped over here to Australia. My regular shipper was contacted and lined up for the job. He had other jobs on and worked mine in no problem. Time to pick it up came along and he never showed up...tried calling for a couple of days with no luck and I was getting worried he had had an accident. Finally got hold of a relative who let me know he was real sick and heading to hospital. I was glad he was still with us but had to move my car fast as it had been moved out the front of the sellers house and was blocking his driveway. Off to the net and bring up U-ship and place the ad. Got a great bid within a few hours and took it (remember I had to move this car fast) and the driver said he would be there in 2 days to get it. 2 days comes and goes and he does not show up...now what ?? I call him up and his wife broke her arm and was at the hospital and he had the kids...moving this car was just not meant to be...finally a few days later he gets the family organized and shoots off to get the car....he did the trip in record time cos he knew I was in a hurry. Even did a couple of extras for me which was much appreciated. All is good now and the car is at my buddys house. Thanks U-Ship !! Shane...
