I just moved yesterday, and everything went smoothly except for one large problem. On uShip, I requested loading/unloading service. My shipping company match, A MOVER, and its owner, Roy Maxson, were not aware of that and expected me to help move bigger pieces. Unfortunately, I don't know whose fault it is, uShip or Roy Maxson. Either way, I feel like I overpaid - the whole point was to avoid moving the big stuff. I could have just asked friends to help me move.
