Overall good experience. Roy's friendly and careful. Also accommodating: 1) slight change in inventory (fewer things moved), 2) meeting my delivery timeframe, 3) moving a couple things in delivery location to fit my shipment. However, some miscommunication about loading and unloading - not sure whose fault, uShip or him. I was forced to help him load some things, but he got someone else to help deliver.
