Donerighthauling shipped our horse from Texas to Pennsylvania but did some unbelievable things that people just don't do anymore. The horse was my sister's that she sold and the new owner's couldn't take care of him anymore so she was getting him back. We had to make arrangements and decided to use uShip. We got really lucky with the people we chose to haul our horse, Rick and Cheryl. The date was set to pick up Buddy from the boarding stable in Wolfe City, TX. However, upon further investigation, we discovered that the owner did not have a current coggins test or health certificate required for traveling from state-to-state. There were only two days left before the scheduled date to leave and the owner of the boarding stable would not take Buddy to get the required paperwork. We contacted Rick and Cheryl and Rick actually drove his truck and trailer over to Wolfe City, picked up Buddy, took him to the vet, waited two hours for the test results and paperwork and then took him back to the stable and paid the unpaid balance the previous owner owed for the boarding. The stable owner would not let us mail her a check so if Buddy was to leave, Rick had to pay her in good faith that we would pay him back. On the trip home, they stopped every 2-3 hours to take care of Buddy and let him walk around. The handling of our horse was so exceptional, I wish there was some way we could tell everyone that needs a horse shipped to use them. They really went way above and beyond what was expected and helped us get a beloved friend home safely and quickly. Thanks to uShip and Donerighthauling, two friends were reunited. We will definitely use uShip and Donerighthauling again if we ever need them!
