Mike placed a great bid and was very prompt at following up (as was I in answering questions from various U-Ship movers). He arrived right on schedule, took care in moving my piano, and moved it from a city to my new somewhat remote house (up an incline).
I was amazed at how quickly I received bids and questions, and at how easy it was to make arrangements (all via email).
