Ray picked up a 2002 Mini Cooper S for me from a dealership in NJ. I am a used car dealer in Waterford, MI and had been looking for this very specific vehicle for a customer for quite a while. Ray delivered the vehicle in a covered trailer, properly secured. It was obvious that care had been taken loading the vehicle. He also had to wait over an hour when the other dealer didn't have the car ready on time. Despite this issue he had a very good attitude and even accomodated my schedule for delivery of the vehicle.
