I was shipping 2 cars to the Port of Newark, NJ for shipment overseas. I gave TLC Relocation the instructions and contacts at the drop off point at the Port. When he got there, the contacts listed had left work, and I was unreachable by phone (Dave tried several times). Failing to reach me, he took it upon himself to find a suitable and safe alternative place to leave the cars where they will be taken care of by the shipper tomorrow. TLC saved the day and made my life easier.
