After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I emailed as soon as I accepted their bid. Didn't hear back. So this morning I texted the number asking when they were going to pick this up. Finally received a call and carrier said that he would need payment prior to pick up because he had to hire a hauler, secure a contract and they will want paid up front. When I told him I would use paypal to pay him, as I had read that somewhere before accepting their bid. He wanted to add a charge for that.
