The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper called after bid was accepted we spoke about specifics of the shipment adn discovered his box truck was too short to accomodate my shipment.

This broker had seed hauled to customer. Was very late on delivery and had Several broken bags. I sent all the claim forms and still have nothing resolved.

Customer's claim was filed directly with the freight carrier. We have not heard from this customer since almost a year ago? Not sure why they are leaving feedback at this moment without even reaching out to us again?
