Gayla was great. She was so helpful in planning the shipment and ever so accomodating on the ever changing conditions, due to conditions out of my control. She communicated with me through-out the whole process and picked up and delivered my babies without issue. She went out of her way to make everything right. I would definately use this service again for a shipment.
