Gary is a great guy. He and his co-worker, delivered the piano as promised and spent extra time ensuring I was happy with it's final position and issues with the pedals. However, Gary was about 4 hours late at the pick-up destination. Also, what should have been a 2 hour drive-time for delivery, was turning into 4 hours (until I called the reschedule for the following day). we were late becuase we where coming from arizona as i had explained this to him when he accepted the bid,and when we tried to deliver the unit we got caught at the banning truck scales so they did a safety inspection which we passed with flying colors, that delayed us to deliver the unit,and the reason the piano went on the back of my truck was he needed the piano to be delivered after 5:30 pm the next day i could not go out passed temecula in our work truck for 1 unit so we took our p-u truck
