Customer booked with us, when we called he said he had somebody already picking it up.

Quyen- I am not sure why you would say all of these things about us and leave out the most important parts. This order was booked on 11/23/2012 for a pick up between 12/15/2012-12/26/2012. We had a driver that wanted to pick up your vehicle ON the 15th and deliver on 17th or 18th. But the vehicle was not ready and you need to call back with a different date. With the holidays and more then 70% of the drivers taking off for the holiday's its extremely difficult to keep changing dates last minute.

We had 2 drivers and both of them canceled on up. We apologize for any inconvenience. Your credit card will be refunded the reservation fee.
