Quyen- I am not sure why you would say all of these things about us and leave out the most important parts. This order was booked on 11/23/2012 for a pick up between 12/15/2012-12/26/2012. We had a driver that wanted to pick up your vehicle ON the 15th and deliver on 17th or 18th. But the vehicle was not ready and you need to call back with a different date. With the holidays and more then 70% of the drivers taking off for the holiday's its extremely difficult to keep changing dates last minute.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The provider, particularly a man named Joe, was extremely unprofessional since the start. In hindsight I should have known better to continue the service with him. During the conversation to set up for deliver, Joe was extremely rude and only give one worded answers...extremely short with me. The only time he was engage in conversation is when he is trying to up sale me (for example, paying extra to have my car be placed on top of the truck or ship my car via enclosed truck vs open).
