Working with Mr. Williams was an exceptional experience. This was my first time using this type of shipping and I was in need of shipping a very precious cargo, two very young puppies. Mr. Williams was very kindhearted and flexible. He communicated with me the whole way. He even made a last minute change to his route at another state to help me out.
