Private shipper, not a big company, so he can provide tailored service based on your specific need. My shipment was delayed by a couple days due to the terrible snow and ice storms that hit the Northeast and Southeast USA in February. However, the shipper was in constant contact with me about pick-up and road conditions. My car arrived on time, according to the revised schedule, and in perfect condition.
