Occasional shipper with varied goods, can really be anything. I also have a business and may be interested in using uship for that eventually as well, but the competition would be with fedex/ups/fedex LTL.

Trailer was picked up on the 12/23 customer was flexible with delivery times. Delivered on 12/24.

The driver was a little bit later than expected but the car arrived without any damage and that's what is most important. The vehicle used was a semi tractor and a huge 2 level car transporting trailer. When he reached me there were only 3 cars left. Mine was on the top right behind the cab. He had to move one car off first before mine came off. In the end I'm happy and that's what counts. The driver did text me a day ahead of time so I knew that I could contact him if necessary.

Excellent communications - he called me when he was at the pickup point and texted me the morning of the day he delivered it and again 30 minutes prior to delivery.
Bike was well protected, tied down appropriately, he had the title and keys as well. It really could not have gone any smoother. I'm also glad that the weather was kind enough to hold off on any major snowstorms!

Picked up tower sections and other items in Maryland on Saturday but could not connect to drop them off here in NH on Sunday so he made it Monday around 12:30. Hard worker. Would use again.

Rcvd email 3/5 @ 8:22am. Bike would be dropped off 2day - any questions, call. So, I called. Arthur said the driver would call me 1 hour b4 it would be dropped off. I waited... no phone call. I called at 4.. I had arrangements that evening. They delivered the bike 8:15am the next morning. The driver never called and said that he did not have my phone number. Bike was in great shape though! Must echo comments - need better communications. I'm Happy Overall! Would use them again! Thanks!

Large 24' Haulmark Trailer was picked up exactly as discussed, great communications - while he was on site - he inspected the trailer and called me with the info (I was purchasing it).
It was delivered on Christmas Eve at the exact time estimated. On delivery he helped me maneuver it using my truck into a very tight space on the side of my house. Finally, he provided me with a receipt complete with trailer condition signed off by the seller.
Could not ask for a better delilvery.

cust was great to work with when i got to dest.i see there was a slight problem where trailer was being placed there was a stone wall on one side other side was house not eough rm.for my dually used cust truck would work for cust again
