very nice, easily done. No big issues. only issue was the time i was told they would be here, but since i am here all the time, it didnt matter much. The arrival also the time was wrong and the person getting the shipment was up all night and was a bit upset.
just suggest to try and get the time of arrival a bit closer to when you are going to actually arrive.

I am a breeder of over 50 yrs. Breeding all types of animals and breeding of Canines for over 40 yrs. I have also owned a few dog shops, grooming, training, boarding, etc. I know what goes on behind the scenes. I wish to tell anyone who is looking to ship a large dog that you can trust this company (Debbie and Jeff) I also would like to say that these folks need to survive because they are good folks. good folks are hard to come by. ship your pets through them. don't worry about your pets~10+
